• After secuirty we cooridnate with client on lounge or bording

• We also ensure clients are aware of any delays, cancelations, gate changes

• We personnaly escort clients to departure gate, assist with boarding

• If a flight is delayed we can help you with re-booking

• If a flight is cancled we can assist you with re-booking or cancelations
